Position Summary:
As a Team Member / Cashier you will be the face of our cafe ensuring every customer feels welcomed and appreciated. Your role will include providing excellent customer service maintaining a clean and inviting space and assisting with daily operations. Were looking for individuals who share our passion for community quality and hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers with a warm friendly attitude and assist them in placing orders.
- Handle cash credit card and mobile transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Provide information about menu items including ingredients and specials.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining and cashier areas.
- Support kitchen and other team members during busy periods by assisting with light prep or running food.
- Uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service and a welcoming atmosphere.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns professionally and promptly.
- Making Acai Bowls & Drinks
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or cashier role required
- Friendly approachable and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dependable and punctual with a proactive attitude.
- Passionate about food service and connecting with the community.
