Job Description
A Brooklynbased homecare company is looking for a dedicated Training Program Instructor to join their team. In this role you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that ensure employees possess the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles. This position requires strong expertise in instructional design excellent communication skills and the ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design develop and deliver comprehensive training programs.
- Ensure employees understand necessary skills and knowledge for their roles.
- Create engaging and effective instructional materials.
- Conduct training sessions workshops and seminars.
- Assess training effectiveness and make improvements as needed.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees.
- Maintain uptodate training records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in instructional design and training program development.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is required.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience in the homecare industry is a plus.
