Amazons Brand Innovation Lab is looking for a talented and passionate Conceptual Creative (Art Director) to create oneofakind campaigns for a wide range of brands across our European locales. Youll partner with art directors copywriters designers solutions managers and producers to create firstclass customer experiences both on and offline by innovating with the Amazon canvas (Prime Video Alexa Twitch etc). Youll lead projects and own client relationships focusing on creating work that benefits the end customer while pushing the creative envelope from brief to . This is a perm role.
From ideation through launch you will be responsible for delivering ambitious insightful and datadriven concepts that translate needs and constraints into customerfocused brand campaign ideas and solutions. You will be equally strong at concept and articulating endtoend experiences and turning that vision into highquality experiences. This could include video content user interface designs for voice and screen interaction models prototypes and interactive advertising campaigns. This role will use data and insights to create campaign strategy and concepts develop designs and the look and feel for experiences as well as templates for neverbeforedone brand campaigns and experiences that will solve customer problems on and off Amazon platforms. Candidates should be able to deliver highquality designs and stellar art direction for campaigns across different Amazon touch points. Candidates should have indepth understanding of Photoshop Illustrator InDesign Powerpoint and Figma (or an interest to learn Figma). For this role were looking for a conceptual art director who also has strong design skills and an understanding of UX design.
The Conceptual Creative (Art Director) candidates portfolio should feature interesting insightdriven campaigns and ideas that solve an advertiser problem through a variety of different media channels including but not limited to video social digital activations radio and outdoor. You have strong conceptual presentation storytelling and time management skills as well as digital media and of course an acute attention to detail.

Partnering with a variety of brands media and creative agencies to work on innovative campaigns for CPG Consumer Electronics Fashion Sports and Luxury.
From designing brand experience from documentary films in Prime Video to Alexa branded experiences you will always strive to create a never been done before ideas.
Presenting a campaign to brand clients and their partners in creative and media agencies.
Reviewing edits and work in progress with your partners collect and respond to feedback in order to meet the highest creative standards.

The Brand Innovation Lab team is the internal group within Amazon that creates oneofakind campaigns and activations for global advertisers like Cocacola Visa BMW Microsoft Adidas Samsung and Unilever. Using all of the different platforms within the Amazon canvas (AR/VR Alexa Twitch Prime Video Custom landing pages on Amazon etc. we create campaigns that reach millions of Amazon customers across our digital channels and out in the realworld.
56 years conceptual creative (Art Director) experience at advertising agencies and/or as an inhouse creative.
An online creative portfolio demonstrating a conceptual thinking skillset art direction and design.
Indepth understanding of industry design tools (Ex. Adobe Creative Cloud Figma InVision) and a basic understanding of UX design.
Datadriven and obsessed with measurable impact of a campaign.
Excellent presentation skills and interactive storytelling ability.
Strong organisation and collaboration skills.
Exceptional at your craft and a critical project owner.
A fascination with innovation and technology.
