The Role
BGC is seeking a highly skilled Technical Analyst specializing in Microsoft 365 applications and services. The successful candidate will have proven expertise in developing solutions using SharePoint Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI on the Power Platform. Extensive experience in SharePoint development is required with SPFx (SharePoint Framework) development considered an asset. This role requires strong collaboration with internal stakeholders to enhance digital capabilities across the organization.
This is a fulltime permanent position or can be a contract role with a 6month duration and potential for extension.
Responsibilities
- Design develop and implement business solutions using Microsoft 365 Apps SharePoint and the Power Platform (Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective technical solutions.
- Analyze existing Microsoft 365 solutions and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency security and user experience.
- Ensure solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry regulations.
- Provide training and support to endusers to facilitate effective adoption of M365 solutions.
- Document technical designs business processes and enduser guidelines.
- Manage projects using established project management methodologies ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Required Education Experience & Competencies
- Bachelors degree in information technology computer science or a related field.
- 5 years of experience working with Microsoft 365 applications and services.
- Extensive handson experience developing solutions with SharePoint Power Apps Power Automate and Power BI.
- Strong technical problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Education Experience & Competencies
- Certification in Microsoft 365 or Power Platform (e.g. PL200 PL400 PL600.
- Experience developing solutions using SPFx (SharePoint Framework).
- Familiarity with SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams integration.
- Experience with security and compliance features within M365.
- Proven ability to deliver user training and support.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments.
- Understanding of best practices related to data governance and security within M365.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $80000$120000 CAD per annum however base pay will be commensurate with jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. BGCs compensation package also includes a training allowance and a comprehensive medical and dental plan.
