Pet Specialists of Austin is looking for incredible people to join our Customer Service Representative team! We are currently looking for dependable people with positive attitudes that are self starters and have superior customer service skills. If you posses these characteristics this might be the job for you. Starting pay $16/hourly

The schedule needed for this position is daytime 7am4pm

  • Evenings/Weekend/Holiday availability: both Saturday and Sunday required
Job Duties:
  • Provide topnotch customer service by being very attentive to client and pet needs
  • Answer phones proactively schedule appointments and specialty procedures set reminders manages patient and client flow including checking patients in/out and handles basic client complaints
  • Facilitate communication between clients and medical team as needed
  • Utilizing computer information system to accurately enter client/ patient information update and maintain medical records
  • Processing client payments and invoices and following up on additional or missing payments
  • Ensuring the lobby waiting room and your workspace are clean and organized.
  • Other administrative duties as needed
