Client Services Representative

The Melbourne Veterinary Specialist Centre is a multi-disciplinary specialist veterinary centre providing services to Clients and Veterinary Practices within Metropolitan Melbourne Regional Victoria and interstate.

What Were Looking For:
We are seeking a casual Client Services Representative who brings enthusiasm energy and a commitment to providing top-notch service. This busy front-of-house role requires you to be the welcoming face of MVSC ensuring every client interaction is positive and professional.
Minimum 2 years reception or client services experience (essential)
Experience in veterinary or health industries (highly regarded)
Initiative and adaptability with strong multitasking skills
Exceptional attention to detail and time management
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Ability to communicate effectively with staff clients and vets via phone email and in-person
Team player with reliability and flexibility
A calm empathetic approach to customer interactions
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients professionally and warmly at all times
Provide exceptional customer service to clients staff and referring veterinarians
Answer telephones and manage communications
Schedule and manage appointments efficiently
Maintain accurate client files and records
Organise post and couriers
Process payments and finalise transactions
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
