Job Description:
The Commercial team is seeking a highly motivated dynamic and well rounded Program Manager/ Program Manager Analyst to lead crossfunctional teams in the development of Commercial Scroll products. This position will contribute and lead a variety of Commercial Scroll projects such as: cost reduction programs sustaining engineering efforts advance technology development PPM tool population (Cora) and essential nongated development programs with domestic and global scope.They will interface regularly with Engineering Product Management Marketing Sales and Operations while leading assigned programs with frequent opportunities to communicate in various management and executive forums.
As The Program Manager you will:
Work closely with Engineering Product Management Marketing Sales and Operations as the leader of crossfunctional initiatives.
Facilitate collaboration both domestically and globally to ensure leading edge technology and speed to market.
Drive the definition and planning for projects; including identification of needs development of the business case formulation of program scope identification of resource and timing requirements.
Manage queries or issues related to application sampling performance and operational aspects in order to drive customer engagement and ensure partnership.
Develop and implement project plans communication plans risk plans and management metrics.
Monitor and control program schedules scope resources and costs.
Oversee the of business plans throughout various phases of product life cycle; Ideation Development Launch Sustain Phaseout.
Use the new product development phase/gate process
Manage communications with the business units and corporate management presenting both internally and externally to upper management the sales team and customers.
Develop and implement new tools methods standards and best practices using lean methodology for project identification planning and .
Required Education Experience & Skills:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering Marketing Business or similar field with 5 years experience or MBA with fewer years of experience.
Experience in project management product development or similar multifunctional leadership role.
Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to inspire and lead teams towards a common goal
Demonstrated ability to rapidly understand technical products and solutions
Highly effective at leading technical teams and project meetings using planning motivation communication skills to drive consensus and action and influence of peers leadership and customers
Strong work ethic and ability to work both with teams and independently.
Entrepreneurial selfstarter mindset with the ability to navigate through complex and ambiguous situations/assignmentsinitiate action and follow through with welldefined solutions and action plans
Minimal travel (up to 10
Preferred Education Experience & Skills:
Bachelors Degree in a technical field plus 710 years of experience
MBA Project Management Certification or equivalent business degree
PPM tool experience
HVAC industry experience a strong plus
Flexible Work Schedule Remote Work Option and Core Hours
This role has the flexibility of a remote work option up to two days a week in Sidney OH and a core hour schedule. You can choose to flex your start and stop times given you are working during the core hours of 9:00 AM 3:00 PM. Our teams work together to ensure our chosen work schedules enable our creativity and productivity as we serve the needs of our customers.

Our newly renovated Sidney campus has 1M square feet of manufacturing floor with an additional 120k square feet of leadingedge lab facilities. This location is the headquarters for our HVACR Americas business unit. Through our many years of compressor expertise our products help bring comfort and convenience to refrigeration commercial industrial and residential spaces. Approximately 1600 employees work in Sidney who all support a multitude of business functions.
