As a Project Accountant you will support Project Managers and teams by managing all costs client billings reviewing contractual values generating reports and supporting the overall financial health of projects.
Responsibilities
- Manage costs related to labor materials expenses and subcontracts.
- Maintain accurate contract project and budget data within the ERP system and maintain compliant auditable files.
- Perform direct projectrelated cost adjustments within the ERP system as approved.
- Prepare post and deliver client billings and invoice packages on schedule.
- Review project financial reports for cost accuracy and reasonableness conduct weekly reviews and monitoring of potential issues and cash receipt postings.
- Ensure procedures and best practices are adhered to throughout the project accounting process.
- Assess and manage WIP reports supporting project forecasting and project changes.
- Perform project and contract closeout procedures.
- Provide first class customer service to project teams.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field.
- 3 years of cost accounting experience.
- Excel and analytical skills including experience with formulas and pivot tables.
- Detailoriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

This role will be inoffice on a hybrid schedule. Employees will be expected to work in the Westminster CO office 3 days per week on Tuesday Wednesdays and Thursdays.
The expected base pay range for this position in the LOCATION area is $68600 $87000. Salary ranges are dependent on a variety of factors including qualifications experience and geographic location. Range is not inclusive of potential bonus or benefits.
