The Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services team provides a range of services designed to support clients successfully navigate the complexities of financial reporting and regulatory compliance. In this role you will provide expert advice on challenging accounting matters preparation of financial statements support significant transactions such as mergers and acquisitions and assist with capital markets activities including IPOs and debt offerings.

Collaborating with a wide range of clients you will ensure they adhere to the latest accounting standards and regulatory demands while developing innovative risk management solutions. We seek proactive detailoriented professionals with strong backgrounds in accounting finance or related fields who are passionate about delivering impactful solutions and contributing to our clients success in the everchanging financial environment. • Produce high quality client deliverables which adhere to the relevant professional standards ensuring proper monitoring of basic engagement economics and logistics

• BSc or MSc in Economics Accounting & Finance Management Business Administration Engineering and/or related disciplines.

• 02 years of working experience.

• Communicate confidently in a clear concise and articulate manner verbally and in materials produced.

• Embrace different points of view and welcome opposing and conflicting ideas.

• Fluency in both Greek and English.

• Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.
