Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Compliance Specialist II to join the compliance team at the Corporate Office. The Compliance Specialist II is responsible for ensuring the companys adherence to all regulations and requirements with Low Income Housing Tax Credit and HUD programs for a portfolio of properties. This position involves reviewing and auditing tenant files to ensure that all necessary paperwork is in compliance.
If you have previous experience working in other affordable housing programs such as HUD 202 and/or 811 projects this might be the position for you!
Location: Downtown Portland Office 1800 SW 1st Ave Suite 220 Portland OR 97201
Hourly Rate: $25.00 to $30.00 an hour (DOE)
Workdays: FT Monday to Friday 8:30 AM 5 PM OR 8:00 AM 4:30 PM
What we will do for you as the Compliance Specialist II (Employee Benefits):
The Compliance Specialist will be eligible for benefits first of the month following 30 days of continuous employment.
