POSITION SUMMARY:

The Lead Continuous Improvement Specialist will be responsible for identifying analyzing and executing process improvement initiatives across the organization. They will utilize datadriven approaches to evaluate current operations pinpoint inefficiencies and propose solutions that result in cost savings improved quality and enhanced customer satisfaction. This role requires collaboration with senior leadership and various departments to implement best practices and promote a continuous improvement mindset throughout the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong problemsolving skills expertise in process improvement methodologies and a passion for driving change. Additionally the candidate should have knowledge of SAP and ERP systems and related processes to effectively integrate and optimize these systems within the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identifies develops and leads initiatives to streamline operations and enhance productivity using proven process improvement methodologies including ERP and SAP systems.
  • Assesses current processes identifies inefficiencies and uncovers opportunities for improvement to drive operational excellence focusing on process modeling skills.
  • Partners with teams across the organization to implement datadriven solutions track progress and ensure sustainable improvements.
  • Leads and supports change management efforts related to process improvements ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder engagement.
  • Identifies and assesses potential risks in process changes and improvement initiatives develops mitigation strategies and actively manages risks throughout project lifecycles.
  • Collaborates with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure initiatives align with organizational priorities and deliver measurable results.
  • Collects and analyzes performance data to track progress identifies trends and supports informed decisionmaking.
  • Tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) for ongoing initiatives adjusting strategies to optimize outcomes.
  • Provides guidance training and support to teams on continuous improvement methodologies fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Develops and presents compelling business cases including costbenefit analysis to secure leadership buyin.
  • Continuously monitors market trends emerging technologies and best practices to drive innovation and elevate continuous improvement efforts.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors Degree Required
  • Eight 8 years of related experience; including four 4 years of relevant experience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong leadership experience and a proven ability to influence senior leadership and lead crossfunctional teams are preferred.
  • Proficient in Lean Six Sigma Lean Manufacturing Kaizen Business Process Management and ADKAR methodologies. Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt or Lean certification preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with leaders at all levels including executives and external vendors.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g. Tableau Power BI) and process improvement tools (Mural/Muri Visio ARIS BPMN) preferred.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and influence senior leadership and crossfunctional teams.
  • Relevant field and industry experience and a comprehensive understanding of industry trends and market landscape are preferred.
  • Experience with SAP and ERP systems including Solution Manager to effectively integrate and optimize these systems within the organization.
  • Proficiency in process modeling skills with ARIS experience for process design and analysis.
