Theatre Administration Assistant
Cheltenham Hospital Administration Perm Part time
24043.50 pro rota
25 hours per week flexible with days and times

As a Administration Assistant at our Cheltenham Hospital you will support the theatre teams. Youre able to manage appraise and interpret the data. Whats more you know how to present this in a timely and professional manner. Ideally you have an NVQ Level 2 in Business and Administration or equivalent but this isnt essential.
As an Administration Assistant you will:
Handle enquiries and general queries
Maintain database
Able to work in busy environment
Good written and verbal communication essential
Work with multidisciplinary team
Ability to prioritize
Knowledge of GDPR principles preferable.
Easy going and flexible

It also hosts a purpose built close observation unit 12 consulting rooms with access to treatment roomsdiagnostic services including; plain xray MRI CT mammography andultrasound. We provide a full range of medical and surgical specialities delivered in stateoftheart clinical facilities including orthopaedics cosmetic surgery spinal services sports injury ENT gynaecology urology as well as a rapid access breast clinic.
