Nous recrutons dans le cadre duncontrat dure dtermineun(e) :
Responsable dEquipe de Production Flux Comprims Glules H/F.
Missions :
Dans le respect du Code de la Sant Publique (article R512436 en reconnaissant lautorit du Pharmacien responsable GlaxoWellcome Production en appliquant les Bonnes Pratiques de Fabrication (France Europe) le Code du Travail et les rgles du Groupe vous serez charg dorganiser suivre et animer de manire fonctionnelle les oprations de production dans le but de placer lquipe concerne dans les meilleures conditions de russite et datteinte des objectifs.
Vos responsabilits seront les suivantes :
Vous prenez en charge le Management dune quipe de 10 personnes
Vous tes garant du bon respect des rgles de scurits (notamment le port des EPI)
Vous veillez la bonne mise en application des Directives Qualit
La formation du personnel
Lidentification des risques qualit scurit clients et participation la mise en uvre des actions
La gestion des dviations et des investigations en proposant des mesures correctives
La gestion des plannings
La gestion des impratifs de Production selon les objectifs dfinis
Vous tes garant du pilotage de la performance au quotidien
Lorganisation et la mise en uvre dessais et/ou de contrles spcifiques lis la validation ou la qualification ainsi quaux interventions de maintenance.
Profil recherch
Vous avez minimum un niveau de formation Bac2/Bac3.
Vous avez une exprience de 2 3 ans dexprience en Management dans le milieu Industriel idalement Pharmaceutique ou Agroalimentaire.
Vous tes totalement laise au sein dune environnement de Production. Vous tes orient(e) client avez un bon niveau de Communication.
Le travail en quipe est le moteur de votre carrire.
Vous tes disponible pour travailler en 3*8 et/ou le weekend.
