About the Role
The AI Solutions Consultant is an integral part of Lathams Technology & Information Services team and will be responsible for leading and executing business process improvements through AIpowered solutions while identifying process bottlenecks inefficiencies and underutilized resources across the firm. This role will be located in our Global Services Office in Downtown Los Angeles.Please note that this role may be eligible for a flexible working schedule that allows for a hybrid and inoffice presence.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Other key responsibilities include:
- Quantitatively mapping and evaluating the performance of key business processes
- Leveraging an understanding of workflows applications and practices to support consultation services
- Creating datadriven process improvement plans that identify key resources and gaps
- Developing short and longterm operational objectives structure and staffing
- Managing process improvement projects from documentation to implementation
- Protecting and maintaining any highly sensitive confidential privileged financial and/or proprietary information that Latham & Watkins retains

- Display proficiency in facilitating datadriven decisionmaking and a deep understanding of AI technologies
- Possess the ability to work in interdisciplinary teams to solve complex openended problems
- Demonstrate the ability to train and mentor colleagues with the commitment to continuous learning and professional development
And have:
- A bachelors degree or equivalent preferably a masters degree
- A minimum of three 3 years of relevant experience
