Job Description
Our client is looking for an Experienced Field Technician with strong networking and troubleshooting expertise. The ideal candidate must have a MikroTik qualification 5 years of experience and the ability to identify and resolve complex network issues at client sites.
:
Oversee tool inventory & vehicle fleet management (service & maintenance reports)
Diagnose and resolve complex client network issues
Plan and execute network & ISP installations at client sites
Work with Ubiquiti MikroTik and Hikvision equipment for optimal setup and performance
Provide desktop and Windows Server OS support (Office 365 knowledge is a plus)
Be available for rotational holiday & weekend support
Participate in overtime work as needed

Requirements
- : nonnegotiable MikroTik qualification (or equivalent networking certification) Minimum 5 years experience in IT networking & troubleshooting Strong proficiency in Ubiquiti MikroTik and Hikvision equipment Solid problemsolving skills especially in network diagnostics Experience in VoIP CCTV and cloudbased solutions is an advantage Ability to lead a team and work independently in a fieldbased role Fluent in Afrikaans (spoken & written) Valid drivers license required
