Job Description
Responsibilities
* Install maintain and repair MEP systems including HVAC electrical systems and plumbing.
* Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions in MEP equipment and systems.
* Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on MEP systems.
* Interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and company procedures.
* Collaborate effectively with other technicians and project team members.
* Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
* Report any issues or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in MEP technology and practices.
Qualifications
* Proven experience as an MEP Technician.
* Strong understanding of MEP systems including HVAC electrical and plumbing.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical manuals.
* Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
* Strong commitment to safety and quality.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Relevant certifications or qualifications in MEP trades are desirable.
