About the position
The Deputy Director for Integrated Eligibility & Enrollment Program is a unique position in that it is a part of WaTechs Directors Office reporting to the Chief of Staff to the State Chief Information Officer (CIO). However it is funded through the Health and Human Services Enterprise Coalition (HHS Coalition). This position supports the HHS Coalition goals of removing barriers to clients access to benefits and improving equitable access and outcomes for all. The IE&E Program is made up of multiple projects that work in unison to form a program to deliver on the goals and objectives as approved and directed by HHS Coalition leadership. In coordination with the Program Sponsor and the Chief of Staff this position is responsible for providing leadership and direction to the IE&E leadership team that is comprised of both state staff and vendor resources matrixed from the seven agencies that make up the HHS Coalition. In this role you will navigate the complexities of federal and statelevel policies budgets and governance structures.
