Address employee concerns and grievances.
Implement and manage the performance appraisal process.
Provide guidance on goal setting and performance improvement plans.
Lead the recruitment and selection process.
Coordinate and organize training programs.
Identify training needs within the organization.
Develop update and communicate HR policies and procedures.
Provide guidance to employees on HRrelated policies.
Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Stay informed about labor laws and regulations.
Handle employee relations issues in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
Prepare and analyze HR metrics and reports.
