NRDC is seeking a Coordinator Donor Onboarding to work with the Development Donor Systems team in our New York office.
Development Donor Systems is an operations team within Development at NRDC that serves as a center of operational excellence within the department. The team and each team members specific responsibilities continue to evolve as we build out our technology platform to support the department and organization as they grow. This is an exciting time during which we can shed old processes and ways of working that are no longer serving the institution. Flexibility adaptability and patience will be necessary to perform successfully in this role.
Reporting directly to the Donor Onboarding Manager the Coordinator supports the Development Donor Systems Donor Onboarding function. Donor Onboarding is a gift operations unit that processes contributions emphasizing the data integrity of NRDCs Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database which facilitates a seamless reconciliation with Accounting.
This role is a crossfunctional team player who collaborates with other teams so donations are processed swiftly and accurately in our Salesforce database. The ideal candidate would be a dataoriented selfstarter who likes to problem solve and has a strong ability to manage competing priorities.

NRDC operates under a hybrid work model. Employeesare required tocome to the office 8 days per month.
