Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated BIM Landscape Expert Revit to join our team at Trikaal Tech Enterprise Pvt Ltd. As a BIM Landscape Expert Revit you will be responsible for utilizing your expertise in Revit software to develop and implement detailed landscape designs for various projects. This is a fulltime position based in Chennai Tamil Nadu India and requires 1 to 3 years of experience in BIM and Landscape Architecture.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in BIM and Landscape Architecture.
- Proficiency in Revit software and other related BIM tools.
- Strong knowledge of Landscape Architecture principles and design techniques.
- Familiarity with BIM 360 and Navisworks.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate and highquality work.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with crossfunctional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of codes regulations and standards related to landscape design.
- Degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field is preferred.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with architects engineers and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive landscape designs using Revit software.
- Review and analyze project requirements to ensure the accuracy of landscape design implementation.
- Create and modify 3D models textures and materials to depict realistic landscape elements.
- Generate detailed documentation including drawings plans and schedules to facilitate construction and maintenance processes.
- Conduct site visits to gather data and assess design feasibility.
- Participate in project meetings and provide professional insights regarding landscape design matters.
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology and landscape design techniques.
- Collaborate with the BIM team to integrate landscape designs into overall building models.
- Ensure compliance with relevant codes regulations and standards.
