Job Description

Accounts Receivable Administrator (Cape Town)


Are you a detailoriented finance professional with a passion for education Inspired Education a global leader in premium private schools is looking for an Accounts Receivable Administrator to join our dynamic team in Cape Town!

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the full Debtors function ensuring accuracy in billing collections and reconciliations.
Support Heads of School in handling parent accounts and addressing queries.
Process debit orders track payments and manage debt collections.
Maintain excellent stakeholder engagement with parents and internal teams.

What You Bring:
5 years of Debtors function experience.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles & ERP systems (JDE or similar).
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Relevant Accounting/Bookkeeping qualification.
Proficiency in MS Excel & attention to detail.
