Job Description

Client Experience Manager

At Juvly Aesthetics we know our success is based on the leadership of our teams. Each of our locations have unique needs to best serve both its clients and team and we empower our Managers Providers and Medical Aestheticians to manage multiple aspects of their businesses as if it was their own.

Your role at JUVLY AESTHETICS:

As a Client Experience Manager you will be leading a virtual concierge experience in the spas. You will inspire your team through Juvly culture and values to ensure our company vision and objectives are met.

In addition you will:

  • Lead the development and training of the virtual client support team to deliver outstanding service standards and operational efficiencies.
  • Oversee client intake phone calls lead funnel management.
  • Assist/monitor client experience team ability to convert leads into booked appointments.
  • Implement strategies to grow the business by leveraging guest loyalty programs/memberships events service and product knowledge and more.
  • Lead a coaching culture where everyone is recognized for their success and provided feedback on areas to grow.
  • Utilize data to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvements initiatives.
  • Make recommendations and execute recruitment & retention within the virtual team to maintain operational excellence.

We think youd be a great for this role if you have:

  • 3 years of retail sales or spa experience.
  • Proven experience in managing and optimizing operational processes with a virtual customer support team.
  • Ability to motivate develop and inspire a team to be their best self.
  • Demonstrated passion for excellent client service and experiential retail/service.
  • Comfortable virtually educating clients regarding products and services.
  • Strong problemsolving ability with a datadriven mindset.
  • Proficient in CRM tools and business software usage.
