Position Summary:
In this role the candidate will be required to take handover from Projects after project completion. Responsible for rendering PM service to all warranty sites as per schedule. Attending break down calls generate new small works business Mapping the warranty sites for installed systems and generate AMC leads and close the same. Conversion of warranty accounts into AMCs after completion of warranty.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Plan and take hand over of all completed projects from Project Department.
2. Prepare 52-week calendar of PM for all warranty sites.
3. Attending break down calls.
4. Mapping of all locations for generating AMC and small works business.
5. Understand and get aligned with management goals. Prepare plan for the execution.
6. Understand and Implement Offering System Matrix
7. Meet the financial targets with GM% as given in KRA.
8. Understand the KRA and implement the same.
9. Close interaction with Project Sales team.
10. Maintain discipline attend reviews and complete all weekly actions.
11. Identify the Training need for Team members.
Conduct & coordinate for training program.
Get thorough technical knowledge of the systems we are maintaining.
Share knowledge with team members. If required assist them.
