Overview
haart Estate Agents in Maidenhead are looking for an aspiring property professional to join their team. We are looking for somebody who is driven ambitious and passionate about delivering great customer service. As an Estate Agent at haart Estate Agents in Maidenhead you will receive:
- 25000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required)
- Fulltime working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as an Estate Agent will begin with one week at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:
- Purposebuilt training location
- Industryleading training delivered through onetoone and group sessions
- Daytoday learning led by our industry experts
- Fullypaid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
- Breakfast lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*
How you will make an impact as an Estate Agent at haart Estate Agents in Maidenhead:
- Market properties to potential tenants or home owners
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers
- Generate new leads through canvassing door knocking leaflet dropping and more
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Continue your training and development with close support from your mentor
