You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCommercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is seeking a highly motivated Residential Portfolio Manager to join the growing residential team. Our Portfolio Managers are leaders who provide a key point of contact for clients and excel at building high functioning teams to manage a diverse portfolio of multifamily residential properties. The portfolio will consist of a range of midsize conventional properties 50 unit communities).
The Portfolio Manager will be responsible for achieving revenue growth occupancy goals and the clients asset performance expectations. These goals are accomplished by creating and mentoring an inclusive diverse and talented team of people to provide the best experience for all communities residents and team members. Our Portfolio Managers are essential and embody CRMGs core values of honesty integrity and innovation.
This position is based at our Downtown Portland office and requires residency within the Metro Urban Growth Boundary district.
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Salary: $75000 $100000 (DOE)
Office Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00am 5:00pm
Work Location: 1800 SW 1st Ave Portland OR 97201
Additional Compensation: $75.00 monthly cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for business related travel.
