Job Description
A leading software company in Boro Park is looking for a Level 3 IT Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in IT support and troubleshooting with the ability to address and resolve complex desktop and technical issues effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 3 desktop support for internal and external users.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues ensuring minimal downtime.
- Support and maintain hardware software and networking systems.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement new technologies and optimize system performance.
- Create and update documentation for IT procedures and troubleshooting steps.
- Provide training and guidance to junior IT staff as needed.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience as an IT Technician or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in hardware software and network troubleshooting.
- Strong understanding of Windows and Mac operating systems.
- Knowledge of server management and enterpriselevel IT systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication and problemsolving skills.

Salary: $150K
