Area Supervisorat 1 Stone Solutions
Full Time :Available 7 days if needed(Night shift) 40 hours per week2pm 11pm
Hourly Rate: $18 $24/HR Based on Experience
Location: Houston TX
Requirements:
- Youmustbe 18 years old.
- For safety reasons youmustbe able to speak English.
- Bilingual Required:Spanish/English
- must haveJanitorial Supervisor experience
- Anility to perform physicaltasks as needed
- Basic computer proficiency
- A preemployment drug screen and criminal backgroundcheck are required.
- Able to lift up to 30lbs.
Job Duties:
- Manage and oversee a team of up to 30 cleaners at various onsite client locations
- Inspect all work performed to ensure it meets company standards andclient expectations as well as any established standards designated by local state or federal laws
- Supervising and training staff managing budgets and ensuring compliance with regulations
- Complete the weekly schedules for cleaning staff managing daily schedules lunches and breaks
- keep track of inventory needs and place orders for each account
- When neededPerform cleaning duties such as sweeping moping dusting and polishing Clean and restock restrooms collect and dispose of trash.
