Are you an experienced automotive salesperson with a passion for cars and providing exceptional customer service Joseph Volkswagen of Cincinnati is looking for an experienced and driven individual to join our team. As a leading Volkswagen dealership in Cincinnati we pride ourselves on our commitment to customer satisfaction and our wide selection of highquality vehicles. Key Responsibilities:
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process offering expert advice on Volkswagen models features and pricing
- Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals while contributing to the dealerships overall success
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations including test drives and provide detailed explanations of vehicle features and benefits
- Assist customers with financing and leasing options to ensure they find the best payment solutions
- Follow up with prospective buyers to close sales and ensure satisfaction
- Stay informed about product knowledge including the latest Volkswagen models and industry trends
- Complete all salesrelated paperwork ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Work collaboratively with the sales team and other dealership departments to maintain a positive work environment
Qualifications:
- 2 years of automotive sales experience
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of automotive products financing options and current market trends
- Ability to build rapport with customers and close deals effectively
- Detailoriented with excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
- Valid drivers license
