What youll be doing
As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team youll manage and grow a complex client portfolio by key relationship management creating comprehensive financial plans and supplying exceptional client service. As a Senior Financial Planner youll expertly deliver on CIBCs Imperial Service approach taking responsibility for a large portfolio and helping clients plan for todays needs and tomorrows goals. Youll mentor a team of advisors to problem solve and supply comprehensive financial advice help clients to secure their futures own homes and set up businesses. Youre flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. To help deliver a great client experience youre flexible to work at multiple banking centers within a reasonable travelling distance.

You can demonstrate 4 years experience in financial advisory role managing more complex relationships and having indepth intergenerational estate and retirement planning knowledge.
Youre a certified professional Mutual Fund Dealers (CIROMFD). You have current accreditation and good standing in CIROMFD licensing. CFP upon hire.
Youre a certified professional (Quebec). You have current accreditation and good standing in AMF licensing; Successful completion of Canadian Investment Funds Course (CIFC) or the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) to support AMF (Autorit des Marchs Financiers) licensing and Registered Retirement Consultant (RRC). It is an asset if you have completed CSI/ICB Investment and Taxation Fundamentals Course Quebec 0774 and CSI/ICB Legal & Ethical Aspects of Financial Planning Course 0790.
