Position Overview
As the General Manager you willleadall dealership operations driving sales growth customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role requires a proven leader who can develop highperforming teams implement strong sales and service processes and ensure profitability while maintaining a customerfirst culture.
This position requiresstrong collaboration with the executive leadership team to align dealership operations with the companys broader strategic vision. The ideal candidate must communicate effectively execute company initiatives and work closely with senior executives to drive longterm success.
Key Responsibilities
Lead mentor and develop a highperforming sales and management team.
Drive sales growth and profitability by implementing effective strategies.
Oversee all dealership departments including sales service finance and fixed operations.
Foster a customerfocused culture and deliver an outstanding dealership experience.
Optimize inventory management pricing strategies and market positioning.
Utilize data and analytics to make informed decisions and track performance.
Build strong relationships with OEMs vendors and community stakeholders.
Collaborate with executive leadership to align dealership goals with company objectives.
What Were Looking For
Proven success as a General Manager or highlevel leadership role in an automotive dealership.
Strong business acumen leadership and teambuilding skills.
Indepth knowledge of dealership operations inventory management and financials.
Passion for creating an outstanding customer experience.
Experience with CRM tools digital retailing and datadriven decisionmaking.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with executive leadership.
