Cultivator powered by Conexus is an awardwinning technology incubator designed to help Saskatchewans most ambitious founders START GROW and SCALE tech companies right here in the province. Established in 2019 Cultivator runs four highperformance programs (including the VCbacked AGTECH ACCELERATOR program) and delivers four highimpact events throughout the year. Cultivator is Saskatchewans only global incubator/accelerator working with founders mentors and investors from around the world while staying hyperfocused on helping local founders win.

The bigger picture
Were looking for adynamic and collaborative individual to join us as our temporary Program Coordinator for up to an 18month term. In this role you will support the programming mentorship and enhance the overall founder experience essential for helping Cultivator startups thrive. This position is based out of our Cultivator headquarters in Regina but will be serving founders and teams from across the country.
Due to the entrepreneurial nature of this role flexible work hours are required.
How youll be spending your time
- Focusing internally on the founder experience and ensuring the delivery of highperformance programming to Canadas top earlystage tech companies.
- Developing and executing programming for the Accelerator.
- Supporting recruitment and attraction of Canadas top startups.
- Supporting and maintaining key relationships in the ecosystem which includes investors mentors service providers partners etc. locally nationally and internationally.
- Tracking analyzing and effectively communicating metrics.

The experience you bring
- Postsecondary education in business technology or related position.
- 3 years experience working in the tech industry or a high growth environment is an
- Experience in identifying startup companies with growth potential.
- Demonstrated basic project management and organizational skills.
Salary Range:
$62110 $77640 with 9 Short Term Incentive Target
