Job Description
CleanPower Wisconsins leading commercial cleaning contractor has an opportunity for an experienced manager to oversee one of our premier clients located in Pleasant Prairie WI. Our Managers are charged with the overall management and customer satisfaction for their assigned location. This is primarily a1stshift position but requires some flexibility. 3 shift operation with Shift Supervisors reporting to the Account Manager.
Salary:$640000 Bonus Opportunity
Territory: Pleasant Prairie WI
Job duties include:
- Oversight of the daily maintenance of the facilities
- Direct supervision of the cleaning staff
- Initial and ongoing training of staff
- Ordering supplies
- Managing labor and supply budgets
- Conducting quality control inspections
- Developing and maintaining professional working relationships with building contacts

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Min 2years of management experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Janitorial or other service related background
- Valid Drivers License and acceptable driving record
