Job Description

Are you motivated to improve the way millions of customers shop for everyday essentials on Amazon Are you looking for a highimpact and high visibility role Subscribe & Save (SnS) is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive SnS brandfunded acquisition strategy.

In this role the Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to achieve VP goals around subscription acquisition brand funding and automation. The role requires a mix of tactical and strategic work. The PMM will work closely with product program and tech leaders within SnS to drive success. Additionally they will partner with machine learning scientists to develop a MLmodel to optimize our brandfunded acquisition strategy and Retail partners to unlock additional brand dollars.

This role requires a PMM who is comfortable with both tactical and strategic work. You will be successful in this role if you have a track record of 1 High Ownership and driving projects to completion 2 Creating scalable mechanisms & communication strategies 3 Developing databased insights and turning them into actionable strategy and 4 The ability to work well with crossfunctional partners.

Subscribe & Save is made up of passionate PMs BIES UX designers Marketing Managers SDEs and scientists working together to build a worldclass autodelivery program for millions of customers across the globe.

4 years of professional noninternship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation macros charts and pivot tables)
Experience building executing and scaling crossfunctional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
Experience managing and measuring marketing performance in various channels
Bachelors degree

Experience managing external partners to develop marketing programs
Experience presenting ideas to various levels of an organization to gain support for initiatives

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $98200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $179600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
