Job Description
Our client an independentlyowned healthcare group is seeking a solid leader for their expanding pharmacy operation. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional (Pharmacist Chemist or Business Leader) with deep experience in 503B pharmacy operations to be on the ground floor of some very exciting growth!
Rapidly growing national compounding pharmacy seeking a Director of Pharmacy Operations to help complete the design and launch a new 503B outsourcing facility. Candidates must have at least 5 years of senior pharmacy operations experience overseeing a sterile compounding pharmacy. The Director of Pharmacy Operations will be a key participant in the design and operation of the new 503B pharmacy and will lead the day to day pharmacy operations including procurement preparation quality control testing distribution and monitoring of sterile compounds. In addition this role will be responsible for recruiting hiring and managing a staff including pharmacists pharmacy technicians and lab technicians.

Requirements:
- 5 years leadership experience in 503B pharmacy operations.
- Degree in Pharmacy Chemistry or Business
- Well versed in sterile processing including all regulatory requirements.
- Great customer service and entrepreneurial spirit
