Ipswich Girls Grammar School including Ipswich Junior Grammar School offers high quality nondenominational education to students from Kindy to Year 12 (coeducation from Kindy to Year 6 girls only Years 712. Established in 1892 the School is one of eight original Grammar Schools in Queensland with a vibrant Arts and Cocurricular Arts program.

THE OPPORTUNITY
At Ipswich Girls & Junior Grammar School over 700 students undertake instrumental vocal and drama tuition and participate in a variety of cocurricular activities including a full symphony orchestra wind ensembles choirs string orchestras contemporary bands chamber groups dance troupes and groups for students interested in drama. Our programs offer students wonderful learning and teambuilding opportunities that transcend the classroom and foster a lifelong passion for music and the arts.
To support growth and an increase in student enrolments into private tuition the Cocurricular Arts Department is now welcoming Expression of Interest from passionate and enthusiastic candidates with experience in specialist tutoring. You will join our great team of passionate music and arts educators in one of the following areas:
Candidates will ideally have experience teaching in both a Junior School and Senior School environment and will report into the Director of Cocurricular Arts.
