Chen Moore and Associates is hiring a Senior Civil 3D Designer to work on municipal water wastewater and stormwater infrastructure projects. Candidates should be able to efficiently plan and organize workload demonstrate success working with a team of professionals a commitment to quality good communication skills and a positive work ethic strong sense of urgency project responsibility initiative work independently and as part of a team.

CMA is open to remote work opportunities for candidates meeting the requirements and experience for this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Design and plan preparation of public works underground utilities projects watermains gravity sewer forcemains and stormwater culverts.
• Work closely with the engineer utilizing Autodesk Civil 3D to create construction documents for all aspects of civil engineering with a focus on water sewer and drainage systems as well as roadway paving and grading designs.
• Plan set up implementation and design conforming to appropriate CAD standards and procedures using best practices.

Minimum Requirements:

• 10 years of AutoCAD & Civil 3D experience.
• 10 years of design experience on civil engineering projects which include water and sewer pipelines and/or stormwater systems.
• Experience with other design applications such as GIS is a plus.
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Strong sense of urgency project responsibility and initiative
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills.
