Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and drive the sale of insurance products through assigned banking channels.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with bank branch managers and staff to facilitate business growth.
- Act as a subject matter expert for bank employees to resolve productrelated queries and issues.
- Implement strategies to improve product penetration and increase revenue generation from the Banca channel.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in any relevant field.
- 24 years of experience in insurance sales preferably in the insurance domain.
- Age 22 to 37 years.
- 3 residence experience in the preferred location.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and banking sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with bank partners.
