Job Description

What youll bring to the team

Location: Orlando or North America attraction / site

Reports To: VP Global Partnerships

The Head of Partnerships US is a strategic leadership role responsible for managing and expanding key partnerships across the region. This role focuses on driving partnership revenue enhancing brand equity and elevating the guest experience through innovative activations including promotions sponsorships and experiential marketing. As a key player in aligning regional efforts with global strategies this position ensures consistency impact and longterm success across all partnership initiatives.

What Youll Be Doing:

  • Manage US Partnership Accounts Oversee and expand partnerships ensuring revenue goals and high levels of earned media for Merlins US attractions.
  • Build & Maintain Partner Relationships Develop strategic longterm collaborations with key brand partners to drive business growth across multiple channels.
  • Develop & Execute Creative Campaigns Lead innovative activations sponsorships and experiences that maximize brand exposure and revenue impact.
  • Support Major Attraction Launches Work with partners to enhance product launches and events through strategic product and media contributions.
  • Align with Global Partnership Teams Coordinate crossregion accounts with UK and Global Partnerships teams to ensure seamless .
  • Drive New Revenue Opportunities Identify and secure new brand partnerships alongside the Global Partnership Solutions Director and Head of Partnership Sales.
  • Coordinate Channel Strategy Work with Revenue Management to set guidelines and gain approvals for partnership sales strategies.
  • Share Best Practices & Insights Contribute to global collaboration efforts sharing knowledge and identifying new opportunities for alignment.
  • Lead & Develop the US Partnerships Team Provide mentorship training and leadership to ensure the team delivers highimpact campaigns.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelors degree in business Marketing Communications or a related field
  • 8 years experience in senior partnership or sponsorship roles with a focus on managing large accounts in the US
  • Extensive commercial acumen with a track record of driving revenue growth through partnerships.
  • Strong experience in leading significant partnership accounts with a demonstrated ability to align regional and global strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with the ability to influence and engage at all organizational levels.
  • Experience in leading highperforming teams and fostering a collaborative resultsdriven environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities with a focus on innovation and .
