The Opportunity
We are seeking an Account Executive to join our fast growing sales team. As an Account Executive you will have direct responsibility for closing new business expanding existing customer deployments and engaging channel partners.
It is an incredibly dynamic role that will test your hunting farming and channel engagement skills each and every week.
Key Responsibilities Include
Position their management solution to senior IT leaders that are responsible for leading BYOD or mobility initiatives
Be relentless in qualifying opportunities in an effort to gain agreement on the business value
For all pilots ensure we coauthor a solution plan with the customer
Build relationships directly with Microsoft and Citrix along with other key ecosystem players in an effort to build pipeline and cosell with their partners
Working closely with other team members which include solution architects partner managers and pipeline builders
Consistently meet and exceed goals by bringing great passion and energy to work each day
Required Competencies
Bachelors degree concentration in Communications Business Management or Business Administration preferred
35 years experience selling into IT
Experience building relationships within multiple stakeholders of an organization
Knowledge and experience selling end user computing ITAS ITSM Desktop virtualization or Desktop management considered a plus
Solution selling expertise
Being a deal architect helping to create a path for prospects to become customers
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; professional phone skills
Strong interpersonal conflict resolution persuasion and negotiating skills
Disciplined approach to daily activity planning setting goals and achieving success
