This leader will have senior management responsibility with a significant focus on business development and delivery of consulting/products/services. You will also manage a subP&L client relationships and members while maintaining profitable growth year over year. Your future duties and responsibilities:

As an account manager you will be responsible for building relationships with client executives.
You will be responsible for managing the existing book of IP business and leverage the same to establish a broader IT services MSA. This would in turn help you grow CGIs footprint in the systems integration & consulting space at the client site.
You will also lead a team of senior consultants and consultants that will be part of your delivery organization.
You will lead strategic pursuits guide proposal building and orals presentations to create business solutions based on client growth requirements and marketdriven business enhancements.
Your team will take accountability for the winning of competitive proposals and the successful executions of assignments projects and large delivery programs coordinating with local and global delivery centers.
You will leverage your experience and creativity to design propose and execute solutions for complex client problems in advanced business and technology environments.
Build and maintain relationships with C level client executives with a goal to become their trusted advisor
Develop a strong pipeline of opportunities within new and existing accounts within the portfolio

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

At least 10 years of experience defining selling and delivering business and information technology solutions to the financial services sector.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading medium to large teams of IT professionals
At least 5 years of developing and managing senior level client relationships
A minimum of 5 years of experience managing a P&L within a consulting organization (or a significant management role within a practice) with a focus on both sales and delivery.
Prior experience in similar roles supporting mid to large scale clients will be an added advantage
Bachelors degree required. Masters degree will be an added advantage.
Ability to travel as required.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set level experience relevant training and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for meritbased performance CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $141200 $247100.
