Duties & Responsibilities
ENVIRONMENT:
A reputable online tutoring service committed to delivering highquality academic support to students across the UK seeks an experienced Telephone Appointer to join a forwardthinking innovative team. Your role as a Telephone Appointer will be to call families that have requested further information for Maths and English tuition for their children. No cold calling only calling interested perspectives.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in working within a fastpaced environment.
- Microsoft Excel and CRM skills (desirable but not essential).
ATTRIBUTES:
- They are looking for the right candidate with excellent communication skills a strong work ethic and the ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Friendly and helpful approach a must.
