Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and detailoriented Technical High School Intern to support our technology research and project management efforts. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn about the latest technologies assist in project planning and and contribute to a range of projects in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate is naturally curious and energized by emerging technology trends such as artificial intelligence (AI) machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) and is eager to explore how these innovations are shaping the future of our work. The intern will be mentored by our experienced team members gaining valuable experience in the fields of technology and project management.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Research:
- Conduct research on emerging technologies and industry trends.
- Summarize findings and present research insights to the team.
- Assist in evaluating new technologies and tools for potential use in ongoing or upcoming projects.
- Maintain a database of relevant resources papers and articles.
Project Management Support:
- Assist in the development and tracking of project timelines milestones and deliverables.
- Support the coordination of tasks between different teams and departments.
- Help prepare status reports and project documentation.
- Participate in meetings to provide project updates and assist with project planning.
- Track project budgets and expenses ensuring alignment with project goals.
- Collaboration and Learning:
- Work closely with senior team members as well as other interns to gain handson experience in both technology and project management processes.
- Take part in team brainstorming sessions and contribute to discussions around project solutions.
Skills and Qualifications:
High school student with a passion for technology and a strong interest in cuttingedge developments like AI ML and NLP.
Strong problemsolving and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of project management principles (helpful but not required).
Familiarity with technology tools (e.g. Microsoft Office Google Suite project management software) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detailoriented and organized with a strong ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
