Job Description
Your mission
These will be some of your daily tasks:
- Assist the HRBP in daytoday operations with a focus on data analysis and process optimization.
- Update and fill out internal HR files and documents.
- Ensure the databases are maintained and updated regularly.
- Implementing and monitoring the local projects sponsored by the HR.
- Being the primary back up in case of HRBP absence to provide general support and gathering employees requests.
- Support in management of monthly employee time sheets.
- Contribute to arrange internal communications.
- Occasionally drive and own small projects or part of wider projects in alignment with the guidelines of your direct supervisor.
Your profile
- Bachelor or Masters Degree or post graduate courses in Human Resources Law Organizational Psychology Economics.
- Very good communication skills (written and oral) both in Italian and English (C1.
- Permit to work in Italy.
- Accuracy organization and highquality result oriented.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
- Proactive attitude.
