What Youll Do

People & Talent Management

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for consulting and advisory roles
  • Manage performance frameworks employee development and retention strategies
  • Foster a high-performance culture that balances client demands with employee well-being

Operations & Administration

  • Streamline administrative processes to support rapid business growth and client delivery
  • Manage office operations compliance vendor relationships and facility coordination
  • Coordinate travel client meetings and events for internal and external stakeholders

Strategic Partnership

  • Partner with practice leaders on workforce planning and talent requirements
  • Provide HR analytics and insights for strategic decision-making
  • Support business development through talent positioning and capability presentations

Requirements

Who You Are

  • 2 years of HR and administration experience preferably in professional services or fast-paced B2B environments
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment performance management and employee relations
  • Strong understanding of employment law compliance and talent management best practices

What You Bring

  • Bachelors degree in HR Business Administration or related field (CIPD certification advantageous)
  • Expertise in HRIS systems recruitment platforms and digital HR tools
  • Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all organizational levels
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
