JOB SUMMARY
An IT Support Desktop Technician is responsible for delivering technical assistance to SNU students and SNU employees encountering computerrelated issues. Key duties encompass installing and configuring computer hardware and software providing both remote and onsite support troubleshooting and resolving technical problems and maintain comprehensive technical documentation. This role necessitates a robust understanding of computer networks operating systems and related technological concepts. Customer services and problemssolving skills are essential as IT Support Desktop Technicians frequently need to convey technical information to individuals without a technical background.
