Job Description
We are searching for SVP/CPO of Product who will outline the products vision statement and ensure that vision is shown in the products and has a meaningful impact on the customers and the companys revenue.
A successful candidate will be productquality focused with a strong engineering background business sense strategic mindset to thrive in a fastpaced fintech environment and demonstrated track record at B2B enterprise SaaS companies. The SVP/CPO will be responsible for creating and executing on strategies to define product roadmap and deliver product features on time.
This position is based FT in office at Eltropys new HQ in Santa Clara CA.
Role & Responsibilities:
Must have
- Built an enterprise B2B SaaS software for hundreds of B2B customers
- At least one B2B startup experience. As a product leader seen growth from $50M to $100M ARR
- Handson and ability to go in the weeds as needed. Strong on . Experience with monthly product releases.
- Developed and implemented prioritization model for complex B2B SaaS platform with limited engineering resources and multiple features/modules.
- Work from Eltropys HQ in Santa Clara CA at least from 9am to 2pm when not traveling
Highly desirable
- Good stage presence for product presentation and demo (please share video links)
Essential functions:
- Creating product vision : As the head of the product department you will design the products vision. This involves thinking longterm and formulating a plan for the products future a product map with a clear description of how to follow that plan.
- Ensure team cohesion: You will look out for the interest of your team members motivate the team and head collaboration with external teams to deliver a good result.
- Leadership: You must be able to supervise manage problems and be a people person. You will also have a cando spirit willing to take responsibility for mistakes even on behalf of your team and possess emotional intelligence.
- Communication and collaboration: Communicate the products vision to the companys stakeholders. Provide feedback to the product team. Report on strategy and plans to the CEO. Give direction to other product leaders.
- Analytical mindset: You must be able to dig into data analyze data sets and interpret them enough to create datadriven strategies to help figure out product trends customer needs and product performance.
- Customercentric: You will be the products biggest advocate to customers. You will be focused on making better products to keep customers satisfied and engaged. You will always have a pulse on the customers needs and complaints which will be subsequently used in creating delightful products.
- Business acumen: You must be able to tie every strategy and product iteration to the business goals.
What You Offer:
- Bachelors degree in engineering or computer science (MBA or advanced degree is a plus)
- Proven experience as a senior product leader in B2B enterprise SaaS company with a track record of successful product launches
- Strong leadership and teambuilding skills

- Ability to work in a fastpaced dynamic environment
