- Develop Dealers and grow sales through Influencers
- Tapping direct Clients through Architects and Builders of assigned areas and generating business through them.
- Achieving Monthly Quarterly and Annual Sales targets. directly and through Team efforts
- Meet F2F with the Target audience on a daily basis to reach untapped areas and potentials.
- Creating healthy relations with New and existing partners and encouraging them to focus on recommending our product to clients.
- Finalizing orders by providing the best sales experience to clients.
- Learning and Resolving clients queries and making them understand each & every technical & nontechnical aspect of their project.
- Attending regular training sessions arranged by the company to understand the technical aspects of our products.
- Should be able to strategize and develop Business Opportunities.
- Focus Project Sales to Hotels Corporates Institutions B2C
- Assisting operations in process of sale orders and payment followup.
Outcome:- Give key inputs on emerging trends & customer preferences
- Ensuring 24 Meetings a Week Self & Team with New & Existing Architects Clients & Dealers (Joint or Individual meetings) (Empanneling new architects)
- Ensure Weekly monthly and quarterly targets/ orders
- Ensure Lead to Order Conversion
- Ensure Conversion Per Meeting
