Job Description
Position: National Delivery Head

The National Delivery Head is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the training delivery and maintaining highquality training standards across all centers nationwide. This position requires a strong combination of leadership strategic thinking and operational management to drive both training excellence and efficiency.

An excellent track record in training delivery and operations is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Training Strategy

  • Develop and implement a training strategy aligned with overall organizational goals.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead and manage the training team.

  • Provide guidance coaching and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds targets.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and delight.

3. Training Performance Analysis

  • Monitor and analyze training performance data.

  • Ensure more than 90 attendance at all centers nationwide.

  • Maintain a dropout rate of less than 5 across centers.

  • Oversee student batch placements after admission.

  • Ensure regular student development activities at centers.

  • Maintain high levels of student satisfaction and development.

  • Ensure the timely certification of students.

  • Control training slippage and leakage at all levels.

  • Implement timely corrective actions and strategies to achieve high training performance.

4. DaytoDay Operations

  • Ensure the smooth functioning and efficiency of all training activities at centers.

  • Oversee the selection and training of trainers and training coordinators across PAN India.

  • Conduct regular visits to centers nationwide.

  • Manage faculty and rostering across PAN India.

  • Ensure excellent training infrastructure including timely availability of assets for students at all centers.

5. Company Policies & Directives

  • Ensure strict adherence to training processes policies and directives.

6. Quality

  • Maintain highquality training delivery standards.

  • Ensure alignment with students placement goals.



Requirements

Age Range: 35 48 Years

Gender: Female / Male

Experience:

  • Proven experience in L&D / Training Delivery from reputed companies.

Industry & Other Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Energetic & enthusiastic personality
  • Targetoriented mindset
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills
  • Open to extensive travel
  • IT knowledge is a must
  • Proficient in Excel PowerPoint Word and presentations

Willingness to Travel: Required
