We are looking for a bilingual Recruiter(English & Spanish) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying interviewing following up with candidates conducting assessments and making calls to ensure the best talent is hired. This role requires exceptional communication organization and proactivity to manage multiple job openings simultaneously. Responsibilities:
Conduct interviews evaluations and assessments to determine candidate suitability for available positions.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process keeping them informed about their application status.
Make followup calls to schedule interviews and complete hiring processes.
Manage the full recruitment process from screening to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure the right candidate selection.
Maintain an updated database of qualified candidates.
Provide reports and updates on the progress of job openings and candidate status.
Requirements:
Fluency in English and Spanish.
Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (preferred).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple job openings and meet tight deadlines.
Knowledge of recruitment tools and job platforms.
Proactive attitude and resultsoriented mindset.
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
