Job Description

The role

  • Full Time Continuing
  • Level 6 $89345 to $96639 pa (plus 17 superannuation)
  • Appointment to be made on current campus location

In this role your primary focus is on delivering high quality timely and brandaligned creative services across the University.

Your experience and expertise in graphic design or marketing will be used in either content design or rich media focused services (or a combination of any of these).

About you

  • A relevant degree in graphic design and/or marketing or similar with relevant work experience.
  • Extensive experience in Adobe Creative Suite and related graphic design software.
  • Experience in adhering to detailed style guides and maintaining consistent brand identity across projects.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong time management skills and experience using project management software to organise projects and meet deadlines.

The Division of Customer Experience develops and delivers Charles Sturts marketing student recruitment events and admissions activities and oversees the customer journey from awareness to enrolment.The Customer Experience teams work closely with the Division of Student Experience to ensure the endtoend journey from customer to student is seamless impactful and leaves a lasting positive impression.The Division also supports the customer journey by establishing and connecting Research partners business development partners and other key stakeholders with the Charles Sturt brand. The Division is key to placing customers at the centre of everything we do.
